Olive Fed Desert Wagyu “Oliviande”

Olive-fed Wagyu is a premium beef produced from our own Wagyu cattle in Namibia fed a diet of grains and olive cake, the olive cake high is in Oleic acid and when added to the animals diet as a feed supplement increases the marbling texture and taste of the meat.

1. Enhanced Marbling: The high levels of unsaturated fats in olives contribute to the intricate marbling that Wagyu beef is famous for.
2. Rich Flavour: The olive-fed diet imparts a slightly nutty, buttery flavour to the beef, setting it apart from other Wagyu varieties.
3. Healthier Fat Profile: Olive-fed Wagyu has higher levels of oleic acid, which is considered a heart-healthy fat.
4. Sustainability:Utilising by products from olive oil production makes the process environmentally friendly and minimizes waste.

Grain Finished Beef “Brandenberg”

Brandberg Namibian Grain/Grass fed Premium beef hand selected from our own herds to ensure quality and consistent taste of Namibia. Our cattle are hand selected in Namibia raised on Natural pasture for 8 months and finished for a 120 days + on a diet of carefully formulated grains and cereals.
